SENIOR STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT POSITION(S)

Our client, a leading, rapidly growing Fortune 500 healthcare services company, is seeking Senior Strategic Development people to make significant contributions to the company’s business, marketing and strategy development, client relationship management, solution selling, strategic program design, and implementation management. Additionally, the candidate will identify and sell new, strategic marketing and education programs to current and potential partners in the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech companies.

Heavy experience with top tier strategy consulting firm preferred along with undergraduate and advanced degree(s) from top schools, i.e. MBA, MHA, PhD, etc. Candidate must have a minimum of five years experience in business development, marketing, or product management within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors or related experience. The candidate also must have three to five years experience in account/client management.

Our innovative approaches to helping companies identify and profit from their Intellectual Property has tremendous potential in the domains of Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Financial Services and Consumer Products.

To join us, you will:
Ideally be a successful engagement manager from a top tier consulting firm
Have proven success in identifying and closing new business (at least $500K to $750K annually); turning customer problems into solutions
Understand Intellectual Property and its value to the clients
Have the ability to initiate change, and be flexible in our build-to-grow environment.
Have a strong background in strategy consulting, business development, and project management
Possess extensive market knowledge
Our work is dynamic and highly technical, so you will need to have the ability to learn and adapt our proprietary methodology to specific client needs.
The key attributes we seek in consultants are results, initiative, hard work, thought leadership, and eminence.

Qualifications include BS and MBA or JD, and 5-7 years of consulting experience in the respective market, encompassing a wide variety of business consulting engagement experiences. Intellectual property background preferred. The ability for significant travel is necessary. We offer relocation, a competitive salary, incentive program and a solid benefits package.
