Associate Director of MBA Career Management Georgetown University McDonough School of Business

This position will be the team leader for the Consulting Cluster, comprised of the Associate Director, Assistant Director and Peer Advisors, function as consulting industry/function experts and provide career management guidance to student and recruiting guidance to employers. The Associate Director will ensure career management services are value added and client focused for the 500 full-time and 250 evening MBA students. S/he will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to strengthen, sustain and/or broaden relationships with employers. S/he will be responsible for acquiring new employer relationships, especially within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This person will assist employers with campus outreach to students, including company branding, interviews, internship and direct hire placement. This person will coach, advise and train students to develop a career vision and strategy.

S/he will partner with key stakeholders and leverage key relationships in support of employer outreach and student development. This person will establish, track and report on key metrics that measure the effectiveness of services provided by the Cluster team.

Requirements: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Psychology, HR, Higher Education, Counseling, or equivalent degree required. 5+ years in very polished, demanding corporate environment is required. Experience or strong knowledge of higher education desired. Proven leadership. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-task environment with tight deadlines. Must be strategic and innovative and focus on holistic, systemic solutions. Strong leadership, coaching/advising skills are required. Apply on-line through www.georgetown.edu.
